App Store keyword suggestions
Type a word and see what the App Store and Google Play suggest in their search box, in 15 countries — the searches real users type, in the order they type them. Free.
How it works
- Asks each store's own search box what it suggests for your word, typed alone and with a space after it.
- Suggestions appear because people search for them, and they come roughly in order of how often — the one public trace of search behaviour either store gives away.
- Click any suggestion to see what the stores suggest for that.
Questions
- Why are the stores' lists different?
- They are different audiences and different search engines. A phrase that only one store suggests is worth a look on that store.
- Does it show search volume?
- No. Neither store publishes volume. Suggestions tell you a phrase is searched, and roughly how it ranks against its neighbours.
- Which countries are covered?
- Fifteen of the largest App Store markets, including the US, UK, Germany, Japan, Brazil and India.
