App review analyzer

Paste an App Store or Google Play link and see what the app's recent low-star reviews complain about: subscriptions, ads, bugs, login, support — with real quotes. Free, no sign-up.

How it works

  • Reads the app's most recent reviews from the store: about 200 on the App Store, 300 on Google Play.
  • Sorts the one- to three-star reviews into plain categories — subscriptions and price, ads, crashes, login, lost data, support, a bad update, AI quality — by the words reviewers use.
  • Looks for phrases several reviewers repeat, and shows each with a sentence someone actually wrote, so nothing here is a summary that could have invented itself.

Questions

Why only recent reviews?
The stores serve the newest reviews first, and recent complaints are the ones an app has not fixed yet. A complaint from two years ago may be solved.
Why are some apps' results thin?
An app with few reviews in its store and country gives little to read. Try the United States, or an app with more ratings.
How is this useful before I build?
Run it on the top three apps for the idea. A complaint that shows up in all three is the gap your app can fill — and your pitch, written by the users you want.
