Terms of Service

The service

SideRadar ranks mobile app niches on the App Store and Google Play by demand, money, market and movement. The rankings are built from publicly available App Store and Google Play information, such as public listings, charts, ratings, reviews and prices, and from SideRadar’s own keyword discovery and measurements.

We may add, change or remove features over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SideRadar.

Your account

• You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure.
• An account is for one person. Do not share your account or its sign-in links with others.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give us an email address you control, so sign-in links and billing messages reach you.

Plans and billing

The Free plan opens the top niches and a limited number of saves. Pro is available monthly or yearly, and Lifetime is a one-time payment. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.

• Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller of record for your purchase, collects any sales tax or VAT and issues your invoice. Polar’s own terms apply to the payment.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Account → Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Lifetime gives you Pro for the life of SideRadar as we offer it, not for your lifetime or ours. It is available in a limited quantity.
• If we change a subscription price, we will tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Complimentary access

We may give Pro to some accounts without payment, for example to testers. Complimentary access has no cash value, cannot be transferred, may have an end date, and may be withdrawn at any time. It never turns into a paid plan without your own purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the service or access it with bots, scripts or other automated bulk requests.
• Resell, redistribute or republish the data, rankings or reports at scale.
• Reverse engineer, copy or rebuild the service or its scoring.
• Share your account or sign-in links, or use someone else’s account.
• Abuse the service: attempt to break its security, overload it, get around plan limits, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The service, including its rankings, scores and write-ups, belongs to Pull House LLC, doing business as SideRadar. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing.

You may use what you see and the reports you export for your own planning. You may not publish, resell or redistribute them at scale.

Feedback

If you tell us a niche or a reading looks wrong, or send other suggestions, we may use that feedback to improve SideRadar without any obligation to you.

Third-party names and marks

App names, icons and other marks shown in SideRadar belong to their owners and are shown to identify the apps. SideRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Google. App Store is a mark of Apple Inc.; Google Play is a mark of Google LLC.

Estimates, not advice

Scores, trends, revenue ranges and other readings are estimates built from stated assumptions and public signals. They can be incomplete or wrong, and markets change. They are not financial, legal or business advice and are not a guarantee of any result. Decisions you make with them are your own.

No warranty

SideRadar is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pull House LLC, doing business as SideRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

You can stop using SideRadar at any time. You can delete your account from the Account page; this removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy and ends any active subscription.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use SideRadar after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
